Global Sports Alliance (GSA) is a global network of sport enthusiasts that want to leave a healthy environment for our future generations.

Japan’s biggest environmental exhibition and expo, EcoProducts took place at Tokyo Big Sight on 10-12 December 2009.
721 businesses and organizations were featured over the 3 day event, with 183,000 visitors recorded.

GSA was at the event promoting the Ecoflag Movement and displaying posters and environmental messages from top athletes including Shuzo Matsuoka and Yuichiro Miura.

A firm favorite, RECYCL'art (art made from used or broken sports equipment) was also on display and many visitors gathered round to take photos.

Many Junior and Senior High School students visited the booth as part of a school project, and they were asked to write “environmental declarations” based around saving resources and “thinking environment”, not just in their sporting, but everyday lives, in the true spirit of “Ecoplay”.
