Global Sports Alliance (GSA) is a global network of sport enthusiasts that want to leave a healthy environment for our future generations.

A new local team has been established in the Province of San Luis, Republic of Argentina: GSA City of San Luis (Atletas Puntanos).

The Captain of the new team is Javier Berselli—a programming graduate of the National University of San Luis, Department of Technology, with 15 years teaching experience. He is Director of the School 419 "Caja Nacional de Ahorro y Seguro", Manager of the Educational Center Nº 7 "Geologo Roman Guinazu", Professor at schools, such as the Educational Center Nº 8 "Maestras Lucio Lucero", the EPET Nº 14 "Mauricio P. Daract" and the School Nº 9 "Domingo Faustino Sarmiento". He works in the area of data processing (creating the Blogs www.atletaspuntanos.blogspot.com and Social Network www.atletasargentinos.ning.com for Athletics in the City of San Luis). He is a sportsman, former football player and currently a marathon runner.

The Captain if GSA Javier and the members of "Athletes Puntanos" are involved in athletics and they wish to flag the Ecoflag at the sporting events in which they participate and organize, with the objective of promoting fair play, environmental action and awareness among the other sportsmen and general public.
